Need required high school or college volunteer service hours?
Come volunteer with The Alliance for the Arts for our youth summer camp program where you can assist kids while they learn the beauty of expression through art, games, and exploration. This will be a rewarding experience for all as you help enlighten young minds ranging from grades 1 through 6 as they learn various art mediums, play games, and have just pure fun. We offer 3 sessions and you can work 1, 2 or all 3:
6/19 - 6/30
7/10 - 7/21
7/24 - 8/4
We have a mandatory volunteer training session from 10:00 to 12:00 on 6/12 where we will discuss daily procedures, lesson planning, scheduling, breaks, safety precautions, etc. If you were not available to attend our in-person training session, a PowerPoint/video of the training session will be sent after a summer camp volunteer application submission.
The Alliance for the Arts grows in popularity every year as we offer an array of talent in art and theatre, as well as education in various art mediums, dance, and informative lectures. We never stop growing and we offer a safe, inspiring, and respectful venue for all who work with us, volunteer with us, learn with us, and attend our events with us.
